Autism Service of Florida is an organization dedicated to providing the highest quality care for pre-school age children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. Something that sets ASF apart is the goal of providing other disciplines within the center such as SLP. OT and PT in order to provide a better coordination of care and to help to train parents on how to continue aspects of their care at home. We here are ASF are incredibly passionate about creating awareness around Autism Spectrum Disorder and destigmatizing the diagnosis. We are aggressively pursuing partnerships in care for children and adults of all ages to ensure coordination of care, acquisition of benefits, and navigation of the care system for spectrum families. This includes not only care for the individual themselves but resources such as family counseling health care services and benefit services such as social security and disability. These can be complex and challenging endeavors and ASF is dedicated to assembling a community to help with all aspects of this care.
Not only is ASF working to coordinate care but also develop a community of support for children and their families. This includes partnerships with the Calusa Nature Center and Preserve, Samaritan Health, Providence Family Life among others to provide families with spectrum friendly activities and events for families that can be enjoyed outside of the quality care we provide.
We cannot understate the passion we have for our mission and we truly believe collaboration and communication is the only way to achieve success and broaden our reach. We believe in our mission and are prepared to break down as many obstacles as we can for the communities we serve.
