TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

FRIDAY, October 23, 2026

REGISTRATION begins 5:30pm
DINNER usually starts @ 6:30pm
CAPTAINS MEETING- 7pm
DINNER/RAFFLES/50/50/AUCTION immediately following the captains meeting

(at least one team member must be present)

WAIVERS need to be completed and signed by all Anglers including including Kid Anglers under age of 18 (Waivers to be signed by their parents) PREFERENCE is to complete Mandatory Waivers Online. MANDATORY WAIVERS MUST be submitted before the end of the Captains Meeting to fish in the Tournament

Additional Non-angler Non Sponsors dinner tickets may be purchased for $30 at Registration. (Must have Dinner Bracelet to Enter Camellia’s For Dinner/ Raffles/Auction)

SATURDAY, October 25th

Line up in the Barron River - 6:30 am For National Anthem and a Safe Shot Gun Start *** details will be discussed at Captains Meeting
Leave -chosen Port at Safe 1st Light
“WEIGH IN” no earlier than 2pm- andin no later than 4:30PM (After 4:30 is subject to Penalties )

(bring a photo of your fish on the supplied ruler with team lanyard displayed). (Must HAVE Rapala 60” collapsible ruler with you to REGISTER otherwise you will be disqualified)

CATCH, TAKE PHOTO AND RELEASE FISH *see Tournament rules*

Around 5:00 - 5:30 we will have Our Winners Ceremony

Angler Fees

Adult Angler Fee -$150.00 if paid before October 1st includes Nate Edwards Tournament Shirt, Dinner Ticket, and a Angler goodie Bag for Team (Angler bag & Bucket will be for Team not per Angler depending on supply some items will be multiples)
Kid Angler fee $75.00 (12 & Under) includes Nate Edwards Tournament shirt, & Dinner Ticket
Extra Dinner Ticket $30.00 (only applies if you are NOT a paid angler or a paid sponsor)

After October 1st Adult Angler Fee will be $200.00 per Angler (NO EXCEPTIONS)
